The Hitachi Energy Platform & Application team, to continue operating its footprint in the regions, is looking for a leader to Manage local applications in Central Europe region. This includes Austria, France, Germany, Poland , Slovenia and Slovakia. Are you interested? Then we look forward to receiving your application! Your responsibilities

• You will be the End to End accountable for IT Managed Local Applications in the region (ERP and non-ERP)
• You will be accountable for TSA Exit of Local / Distinct applications, in alignment with Architects, Domains and Platforms teams
• You will drive application portfolio simplification in the region and promote reuse
• You will be responsible for compliance of IT services to local law, local license compliance & local IT controls compliance
• You will be responsible for local P&A IT budget within the region
• You will guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies
• You will support demand for local initiatives

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or business management
• 5 years of experience in the relevant field
• Fluent in English (written an spoken)
• Experienced in managing different stakeholders and ability to effectively communicate
• Strong leadership skills
