Responsible for development of various application power transformer designs in coordination with the Market and Sales Strategy to meet the market needs
Your responsibilities
- To study customer Specification and list out the salient features regarding parameters affecting the electrical design of the transformers.
- To prepare checklist comparing the given specification and actual design we offer.
- To ask the customer for Technical clarifications regarding important parameters in the technical specification.
- To produce Dry Transformer Electrical design.
- To prepare Bill of Materials for costing department.
- To standardize the design in order to make the production feasible and flexible.
- To educate the customer regarding our standard our offered designs.
- To follow standard policies, Systems and procedures, wherever applicable - at department and company levels.
- To feel Responsible for control and stage custody of documents and drawings.
- To take care of proper implementation of ISO standards at all the stages.
- To incorporate feedback in the systems and procedures.
- To participate in seminars, inter departmental training programs and other personality development programs.
- To report higher authority regarding personal and internal department problems which will lead to cause inconvenience in workplace.
Your background
- 3+Years, experience in transformer design, preferably in Dry Transformers
- BE Electrical - First Class from reputed Institution
- To discuss with customer and understand their requirements. Should be able to solve problems related to site.
- To be able to analyze shop floor problems and incorporate changes according to feedback.
