The key purpose of the HR team is to help Hitachi ABB Power Grids stand out when it comes to our people - from leadership, performance and talent management to rewards and career opportunity. Your responsibilities

  • End to end recruiting processes, incl. onboarding process, branding activities, blue collar hiring etc.
  • Global mobility, incl. short/long term expatriate management, incl. project assignment, immigration, relocations, vendor management etc.
  • You will deliver HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees
  • You will prepare accurate reports and documents (social security, income tax, etc.) and checking the quality of output from other HR Services Specialists.
  • You will ensure that all systems and databases remain up to date with current employee and organizational information, maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy
  • Employee life cycle management including maintaining employee data up to date.
  • You will be responsible for employees inquires on HR related issues, certificates and ad-hoc activities.
  • You will be participating and supporting irregular project and/or global assignments
  • Supporting global and local projects as extra career development opportunities.

Your background

  • 5-7 years of experiences.
  • Solid understanding and experiences of recruiting, global mobility, labor law and its associated regulations.
  • Experience in SAP, Workday management are preferred.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal (Korean and English).
