Responsibilities:
CNC-Fraesen, CNC-Bohren, Saegen von Duroplastischen Laminaten Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Arbeitssicherheit Masskontrolle der gefertigten Teile durch Selbstkontrolle Selbststaendiges Einrichten und Bedienen der CNC-Maschinen (idealerweise Programmieren). Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs Arbeiten sowohl im Team als auch an Einzelarbeitsplaetzen Engagierte Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung der Arbeitsablaeufe am Arbeitsplatz
Your background:
Erfolgreiche Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich oder Kunststoff oder vergleichbar Expertise in der Produktion innerhalb der Zerspanung, bevorzugt in mittelstaendischen Strukturen in der Kleinserienproduktion. Mehrjaehrige Erfahrung in der Einrichtung von CNC-Maschinen und entsprechende Programmierkenntnisse Kenntnisse saemtlicher gaengigen CNC Steuerungen wuenschenswert (Mazatronic, Fanuc, Heidenhain) Schichtbereitschaft (3-Schicht) Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ausgepraegtes Qualitaetsbewusstsein sowie Teamfaehigkeit Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
