General information:
Responsible for delivery, development, monitoring and improvement of IT Infrastructure Hosting Product (VM, Storage, Database, PaaS, OnPrem server) and related components in order to meet the applications' requirements and service level commitments as well as Hitachi Energy standards and policies.
Responsibilities:
Define IT Hosting Product development road map aligned with supplier delivery and T&T plan Act as a single point of contact for the business and application teams to design tailored solutions and identify improvement potential as well as align and manage their expectations towards the IT Hosting Product Continuously improve the product in terms of delivery speed, stability and reliability Manage and work with associated supplier in scope of the given IT Hosting Product and ensure the contractual duties are executed properly and in timely manner in order to safeguard the committed level of quality and timeliness Participate in coordination of high severity incidents Define the metrics and reports required from the infrastructure supplier Define the Hosting Product KPI and reporting schedule Manage the external IT Hosting supplier Manage the IT Hosting Product Group Service Catalogue, contribute to the design of the orderable catalog items
Your background:
Excellent IT service development and operations skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IT environment Experience in IT service management and delivery Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands on time, in a cross-functional, virtual, and international teams. Good knowledge of IT Hosting solutions (Cloud/onPrem) Strong and working knowledge of ITSM processes Excellent communication and organisational skills
