Your responsibilities
- Analyze quality issues, initiate and lead quality projects, define improvements and corrective actions to reduce and eliminate repeating issues
- Implement effective internal controls to verify that processes will meet customer and stakeholder requirements
- Apply L6S methodology in product & process quality and demonstrate their value to the organization
- Suggest projects, improvement actions and L6S tools to achieve objectives.
- Deploy and maintain a continuous improvement (CI) culture by Communicating and train continuous improvement in the organization (Drive Lessons Learned)
- Create transparency by monitoring progress of improvements within their organization and support the harmonization of best practices to deliver consistent results
Your background
- Preferred technical degree (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering), education in Quality Management and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Quality Management for Digital Solutions
- Experience with use of preventive management methods, quality tools, measurements systems, problem solving and reporting techniques - (FMEA, SPC, 8D, L6S – L6S Green Belt of advantage)
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal skills and structural thinking
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologies
