We seek for “Order Management Specialist ” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge at Hitachi Energy in High Voltage Products for 12 monthswith below qualifications;

Your Responsibilities

• Sales Support.
• PO opening – SAP.
• Control of incoming materials.
• Transport and Customs Procedures.
• Billing.
• Ensuring that CIT payments are made by tracking and matching receivables from customers.
• Following up and sending to the customer, if it is necessary to open a letter of advance and firm guarantee.
• Warranty - sending back-returning and tracking the materials that need to be returned within. the scope of repair to overseas factories, export-import customs procedures.
• Inventory - goods management on the road.
• Monitoring of check cashing processes in forward transactions made with checks.
• RELEX reporting every month.
• Entering and reporting field engineer working hours in SAP.
• Costing after field works and determining the final amount of the order, sharing the order letter with the customer and invoicing it.
• Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• University Degree .
• Experienced in purchasing .
• Knowledge of customs legislation.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP modules.
• Team working, technically oriented, analytical, communicate effectively, customer-oriented.
• Completed military service for male applicants.
