We are seeking a structured and people-oriented Product Implementation Manager who will be the responsible project manager for introduction and phase out of products in our factory. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with sales, design, R&D, production and after sales to ensure that the products we develop and discontinue are properly introduced or discontinued. You´ll be a part of the Design team at High Voltage Breakers.

Your responsibilities

  • In a structured way manage the projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time.

  • Collaborate with departments such as sales, design, procurement, and production.

  • Manage all communication and report progress and results to the R&D Project Manager, Local Product Manager and the local management team.

  • This position will give you the chance to get an overview and understand the different functions and their responsibility within HV Breakers.

Your background 

  • You have an engineering background or relevant work experience.

  • As Product Implementation Manager it is essential that you are a great team player with an interest to learn about the products and the business.  

  • You contribute with your communication skills, as well as with your ability to motivate others.  

  • Prior project management experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. 

  • Proficient knowledge in English and Swedish is required since you need to communicate with employees in different departments and other countries.
