How you’ll make an impact
1. You will develop Hydraulic Spring Operating Mechanism for High Voltage Switchgear to meet all requirements for functionality, performance, reliability, serviceability, cost and manufacturability.
2. You will do global product technical support for life-cycle maintenance of Hydraulic Spring Operating Mechanism: production, master data, quality case, design improvement, and etc.
3. You will engage in product development processes, including concept, design, prototype, testing, documentation, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support, collaborate with cross-functions in design and solution development, including product management, quality, production operation, SCM. You will design and create 3D models and 2D drawings proficiently.
4. You will perform tolerance chain calculation and kinematic chain analysis, perform or check mechanical simulation/calculation and conduct design review including DFMA/FMEA. You will conduct quality case (e.g. switching, insulation related, mechanical) root cause analysis with solid electrical and mechanical knowledge.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold with master or above degree in mechanical engineering/mechanical design with experience of hydraulic design.
2. Required with more than 3-year-experience mechanical design.
3. Rich experience in mechanical design and good skills with CAD tools like Creo, UG and Solid works. Good knowledge with machinery and production processes including machining, casting, welding and so on.
4. Experienced at tolerance chain calculation and kinematic chain analysis, PLM/SAP knowledge and experience is preferred. Dymola simulation knowledge and experience is preferred. High voltage switchgear related experience is preferred.
5. Excellent learning ability is required. Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking and strong result-driven, high quality and high-speed player.
6. Good communication skills and team spirit. Fluent English in both oral and written, oversea experience is required.
