After Sales Senior Service Engineer

The opportunity:

Active member in After Sales team and ensures that Hitachi Energy PowerGrid’s policies, i.e. directives, instructions and guidelines are followed.  Develops, and continuously improves After sales processes, based on industry best practices. Ensures business targets are achieved within time frame.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Responsible for Customer Repair Order Execution of allocated India Domestic regions & Export regions which is required for reclamation Process.

  • Responsible for daily execution and maintenance of Repair Order register. Any discrepancies between ERP Order Backlog and Repair Order Register are reviewed on regular basis and resolve the discrepancies in collaboration with Internal Department and GBS.

  • Responsible for booking customer orders from the allocated regions in ERP system. Order Acknowledgement, offer and dispatch details are sent to customer within time frame.

  • Responsible for coordinating with Internal team for claiming back warranties with relevant suppliers / customers.

  •  OTD KPIs set targets are monitored on monthly basis and analysis to be submitted for the gap in the performance and appropriate actions are taken in the organization. Customer Receivables and Overdue are followed up respective customers from the allocated regions and ensure timely liquidation of overdue.

  •  Ensures set guidelines on HSE is adapted as part of work culture and set SOT/Hazards targets are achieved within timelines.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background ​

  • Problem solving methods.

  • 2-5years of experience

  • BE/B.tech in electrical

  • Power System Protection basic technical skills.

  • Customer engagement, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Familiar with ERP system (preferably SD module) and Microsoft Office packages.
