Quality Digital Transformation Lead (f/m/d)

As part of the Business Unit Transformers Quality team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple transformers factories, focused on digital transformation in quality.

You will work with our transformer factories worldwide, with a wide variety of technologies and equipment, coordinating digitalization and process analysis programs and projects.  

You will share your knowledge by delivering global trainings.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute Business Unit (BU) Transformer digital transformation program in Quality domain

• Act as the global quality digitalization lead for BU Transformers. This includes definition, training and implementation of digitalization tools and equipment for the entire transformer business

• Improve quality, productivity, and efficiency of our transformer factories through integration and automation, IoT solutions, AI, cloud and advanced analytics

• Provide expert support to our factories for implementation, training, and quality improvement activities

• Conduct factory assessments (quality perspective) and drive implementation of appropriate digitalization equipment and analysis tools

• Develop standard requirements for digital quality/manufacturing tools and equipment

• Develop and update documentations training material and user manuals related to digitalization tools deployed in the transformer factories

• Drive cooperation with innovation team to continuously improve existing and to introduce new systems in a systematic manner

• Drive and supervise the activities of global and local process owners to ensure timely implementation of the various digitalization projects (digital process control, IBA, SAP QM, digital Quality Inspection Cards (eQIC), testing report systems (DTRS, TRS), etc.)

• Collaborate with global and regional process experts and factory stakeholders in objective decision making on prioritization of activities

Your background

• Experience in quality/manufacturing digitalization (>5 years)

• Skills in areas such as quality/manufacturing digitalization, automation and process analysis

• Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and drive changes

• Proven leadership skills in areas of training and education

• International experience, working with different countries and cultures

• Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills

• University degree
