Your responsibilities:

  • You will sell product to customer, focusing on volume, mix and profitability target for assigned Business Unit / Product Groups
  • You will establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of the product offering and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • You will prepare sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in case of potential order shortfalls.
  • You will prepares Create added value for the customer and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contract and proposals by using effective sales techniques
  • You will ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
  • You will identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
  • You will manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection and project management activities when needed.
  • You will prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department. Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Over 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of Sales / Market intelligence.
  • Knowledge on Transformer Market and technical discipline of transformers.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficient in business level of English and native in Korean.
