We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team in Melbourne (Lilydale) or Brisbane (Fortitude Valley). The focus for this role is to attract, develop, and retain the appropriate workforce to effectively implement business strategy. In this role you will work with a diverse team and be responsible for all areas of Talent Acquisition for Australia and New Zealand. Your responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: candidate communication, interviews, assessments, offer negotiation
- Act as internal talent broker and change agent to facilitate cross-organizational moves
- Liaise with HRBP/line managers to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs
- Facilitate and deliver Behavioral Interview Training for line managers
- Effectively partnering with the team to ensure all coordination with candidates/hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently
- Support the Talent Management activities, including the facilitation of leadership assessments as required
- Prepare a list of potential candidates and initiate discussions
- Build strong partnerships with universities and vocational education institutions
- Actively promote employer branding and Diversity and Inclusion activities for respective countries
- Recommend continuous improvement to practices
Your background
- Degree qualified in HR or relevant area
- Minimum experience of 6+ years and demonstrated success across various recruiting strategies and techniques
- Experienced in high-volume recruitment
- Experienced in partnering with the business as a trusted advisor
- Accomplished communicator and negotiator, not afraid to put forward your point of view
- Experience in LinkedIn sourcing
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
- A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude
