Sus responsabilidades
- Extraction and analysis of oil samples.
- Realization of maintenance notices of the area.
- Control and report on the validity of calibration dates of all factory measuring equipment.
- Comprehensive laboratory management (calibration, maintenance and cost control)
- Apply Lean 6 sigma pillars in the laboratory and maintenance of 5S standards.
- Realization of investment projects of laboratory measurement equipment.
- Carry out continuous improvement activities: team meetings, updating metrics, identifying problems and coordinating with other departments.
Su perfil
- Superior Technician in Chemistry or similar.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 will be valued
- At least 1 years of proven experience in laboratories, preferably oil.
- Technical knowledge in laboratories (Gas Chromatography, stiffness, particle content and Karl-Fischer).
- Advanced english.
- Knowledge of office tools: Office and SAP package.
- Experience in calibration management in a manufacturing environment will be valued.
