You as HR Project Manager will be part of Hitachi Energy business and reporting to the Head of HR for the global business unit High Voltage Products, providing strategic as well as operational support and playing a vital role in supporting the global HR function for High Voltage Products.
Your responsibilities
- Partner with the global Head of HR to implement HR priorities in the organization in line with the business and people strategy, covering culture, people, and organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio. Providing new solutions where appropriate.
- Coordinate and manage strategic initiatives and projects across the full range of HR scope, incl. talent and leadership development, organizational effectiveness, diversity & inclusion, capability and workforce planning, compensation & benefits etc, for the global business unit.
- Develop change strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, etc.
- Develop and provide regular HR data reporting and analytics for the business unit, supporting strategy and decision making at management level.
- Provide strategic support to the global business unit HR Leadership team regarding data analytics, reporting, overall driving HR analytics capability amongst the business unit HRBP team.
- Share and develop best practices across the business unit HRBP team.

Your background
- A Master’s degree in HR related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of HR experience as HRBP and/or HR specialist (eg. organizational change/talent/ project management, etc).
- Strong experience in global matrix organizations with progressive human resources responsibility.
- Proven change and project management skills and experience.
- Ability to successfully navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- Initiative paired with strong communication (verbal/written) and influencing skills.
- Highly analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data analytic skills.
- Flexibility and strong team working/collaborating.
- Availability to working in CET time zone.
