We are looking for a Technical sales support specialist. Understanding the full potential of our technology and the trend in our markets is highly rewarding. Your responsibilities
- You will review and analyze the customer documents and identify the scope of supply, develop technical solution, prepare list of technical datasheets, deviations, and clarifications etc
- Design of medium & high voltage power quality solutions capacitor banks and harmonic filters
- Interact with customers and provide them technical guidance on design related queries, ensuring positive customer experience
- Collaborate with the supply chain function, prepare RFQs, review vendor documentation, and provide design related evaluation of proposals for non-standard materials and equipment
- Contribute to design reviews and verification, provide feedback on design aspects and make necessary modifications
- You will be responsible for handling quality issues to increase the customer satisfaction
- Prepare and check technical articles, product documentation etc. for internal and external publication. Give technical webinars to internal and external customers
- Visiting customers to create new opportunities, supervision of installation, and PQ study at site

Your background
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in technical background
- Experience in power system and/or power quality or similar fields
- You are open-minded and eager to learn new things and ready to work in an international and multicultural work environment
- Proficiency in the English language both written and spoken
- You are structured, persistent and well-organized in your way of working and committed to customer satisfaction and ready for any business-related travels when necessary
