General information:
Provide input into monthly capacity reports for client infrastructure Make recommendations as appropriate to client stakeholders for capacity concerns. Assist in the implementation of recommendations as coordinated by Senior members of the team. Provide patch reports to supported clients detailing the current operating system and firmware patch revisions on their infrastructure, and provide recommendations based on available patch revisions.Following direction and guidance from Team Leader to perform root cause investigations for major support incidents or problems and provide feedback to Infrastructure Manager and client management. At all times execute tasks in accordance with Hitachi Energy Enterprise Software technical and core process standards. Participate into shifts and on-call roster for the delivery of service to all clients outside of normal working hours. Perform other tasks as required by the Team Manager, Team Lead or Management.

Your background:
Bachlors degree in B.Tech. Experience in Senior Infrastructure. Experience with windows and Linux.
