Product Design Engineer

General information: We are hiring for the title "Product Design Engineer" Responsibilities: Understanding the customer specification as well as Contract Document from technical requirement point of view, preparing technical particulars, Bill of Quantities, Schematics, General Arrangement Drawings as well as costing of Panels. Coordinating with SCM and vendors for designing most optimum design of switchgear panels to meet market expectations; Coordinating with vendors for timely quotes during marketing as well as execution stage; Coordinating with customer during technical discussions during pre as well as post order stages. Planning and Control : Coordinate with Customer, SCM, Operations, Marketing to meet Business Targets. People leadership and Development : Coordinate with Customer, Operations, SCM and Project personnel for deliverables on daily basis. Good inter-personnel skills. Your background: Qualification : BE or MTech in Electrical Engineering. Experience : Experience in design and engineering function for 4- 8 years in relevant Industry. Main Accountabilities : Good knowledge on panel engineering both electrical Power electronics IGBT Digital signal processing ,reactor power compensation active filter/ static power compensator. Knowledge on electrical testing of product.
