Responsabilidades:
- Acumular experiência profissional por meio de um estágio e aprender por execução de tarefas conforme orientações para apoiar as operações da Hitachi Energy.
- Realizar desenhos técnicos e levantamento de necessidades das áreas de pós-vendas de Engenharia.
- Responder diferentes solicitações e chamados pertinentes aos processos em pós-vendas.
- Atuação em campo quando necessário, em parceria com o time de Engenharia de Vendas.
- Elaborar relatórios técnicos com base nas informações coletadas em campo
- Estar em constante comunicação com diferentes áreas da companhia, incluindo fábrica, comercial, financeiro e outras áreas.
Background:
- Formação: Ensino Técnico em Elétrica, Eletrotécnica, Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.
- Idioma: Inglês intermediário (Desejável)
- Conhecimento AutoCad (Desejável)
- Conhecimento em Desenhos Técnicos (Diferencial)
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office (Diferencial)
