Mission Statement:
Create end user acceptance and specification offering within the target segment (Rail, eMoblity Fleet Charging and eMobility Flash Charging). Drives and implements marketing and sales activities for the transport market segment(s) in line with the agreed regional/global strategy. Works with key external influencers to educate, inform and solicit support for new Hitachi Energy ventures and technical developments. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitor segment as well as individual pursuits as needed.
Your responsibilities:
You will implement and reviews target segment strategies with country-specific action plans as well as over-arching regional strategy, ensure that the regional Strategy will be aligned and supported by relevant stakeholders and monitors the implementation status.
You will be responsible for achieving key targets (e.g. volume, price, and business mix) for the segment(s) in Asia, create detailed business plan, implement with regular follow-up.
You will monitor market trends and recommends adjustments for the strategy and plans accordingly to meet changing market and competitive landscapes, provide appropriate market information for long- to mid-term decision making.
You will communicate the end user value proposition for the target segment (internally and externally), support local Sales organization to have an effective perception in the target segment. You will create and implement the communication, promotion and training activities in the segment.
You will participate in the development of international standards and regulations by influencing the appropriate bodies (including government, legislative bodies, technical and trade associations).
You will ensure the major accounts in the transport segments are identified and prioritized, account manager for one or more major accounts in the Country.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with the key customers in the target segment.
You will follow up Hitachi Energy’s performance in fulfilling their need and communicates deficiencies and/or opportunities to the respective Business Units/Product Groups, work closely with the relevant Sales organization to help in the identification and capture of future business.
You will drive the capture of end user/third party agreements, help negotiate complex legal and commercial frame agreements.
You will be identifying and managing potential risks relating to contract agreements and prices across segments, reporting by segment to accurately measure progress and uses common tools to identify future opportunities.

Your background:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
6 to 8 years of experiences similar industries.
Ability to engage with multiple nationalities to form and lead project teams and influence stakeholders towards and agreed strategy.
Excellent business understanding and good negotiation skills.
Strong Strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent Communication skills.
