Aufgabenbereich
- Operative Fertigungsplanung und Liniensteuerung in SAP ERP.
- Tägliche Fortschrittsüberwachung der Fertigung unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenbedarf, Materialverfügbarkeit, Kapazität und Produktmix.
- Zielsichere Ergreifen von Korrekturmassnahmen im Falle von Abweichungen.
- Vertrauensvolle Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen: Produktion, Einkauf, Verkauf, Engineering.
- Routiniertes und regelmässiges Anwenden von Reporting-und MES-Software sowie von SAP ERP.
- Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung in der automatisierten Fertigung sowie zur Ablaufverbesserung im Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Bereich SCM, Techniker HF oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in der Produktionsplanung und/oder Kapazitätsplanung / Bedarfsplanung
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP ERP und Freude am Umgang mit weiteren Softwares
- Sicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Organisationsgeschick, strukturierter Arbeitsstiel, geschulter Blick für Details
