Mission Statement:

Expand the company service business with current and new customers through technical leadership and increased sales within the Automation & communication range. Build Advanced services (OT Cyber security, Patch management Service agreements) market position by locating, developing, refining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Ensure business growth through direct involvement with service sales specialists, bids and proposals and execution teams to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will develop and implement a comprehensive understanding of Hitachi Energy cybersecurity strategy for OT systems, throughout APAC region considering industry best practices and compliance requirements, act as a matter expect for solution identification and vetting at tendering stage. that includes “Encompass” Service agreement’s structure, Cyber security offering.

  • You will conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential weaknesses and threats in OT systems and perform security audits and penetration testing to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures.

  • You will provide guidance and inputs covering Security Architecture: (including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and other security technologies), provide inputs and develop security policies and procedures specific to OT systems installed at customer sites and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).

  • You will be conducting security awareness programs and training sessions for OT system operators and relevant staff to promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and adherence to best practices.

  • You will stay updated on relevant regulations and standards pertaining to OT cybersecurity, such as NERC CIP, ISO 27001, and regional regulatory requirements and share knowledge, experiences and expertise with key clients, customers and third parties, plus work with regional sales organization to effectively target prospects using a regional team approach and prepare and present presentations for internal and external customers.

  • You will be a single point of contact for GA vulnerabilities management and drive sales initiatives to promote implementation of updates and patches and create added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy and ensures the successful outcome by using value base selling.

  • You will be taking responsibilities on company Specific Tasks to comply with the Company Code of Conduct, provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner, undertake such other tasks that may be reasonably required, adhere to all Company processes and procedures, enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in OT cyber security, Digital substation process bus.

  • In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systems.

  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices and frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework).

  • Relevant certifications, such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional), are a plus.

  • Familiarity with relevant OT protocols (e.g., IEC61850, Modbus, DNP3, OPC).

  • The candidate must be open for travel within APAC region in this position.

  • Proficiency in both Spoken and Written English is mandatory, additional Asian language is a plus.
