This is a new position within the recently created to support the Transformers Digital Product Portfolio with the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the Global Product Group Transformer Components and the Digital Business strategy.

Your responsibilities

  • Owns the technology deployment plan of the Transformer Digital portfolio in the
  • production units and service centers globally
  • Provides application guidance for specific solutions from the TXpert™ ecosystem that comply with local standards and customer requirements
  • Creates and delivers technical training programs tailored to the global technical community in the respective Hubs
  • Shall in co-ordination with the Hubs be responsible to ensure certified technical training is delivered to the local organizations
  • Will be the technical bridge between Hubs and R&D in possible improvements and technical requirements coming from customers or local standards
  • Creates and maintains global technical media to support the local units in their engineering activities
  • Creates and maintains installation operational and maintenance media based on experience and lessons learned in the field

Your background

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Digital applications and/or Control Design. Experience with industry standard protocols is considered as a plus
  • Strong preference for a solid background and a proven experience in Digital products and communication systems, transformer domain knowledge would be considered as a plus
  • Bachelor degree (Electrical/Electronic Engineering) from an accredited university. A Master’s degree is a plus
  • Shall be able to demonstrate leadership with strong English communication skills both oral and written
  • Be willing to travel up to 30%
