Factory IT/OT Site Delivery Specialist to High Voltage Products

The opportunity

Join our High Voltage Products team in Landskrona, part of Hitachi Energy, where we specialize in innovative and reliable solutions for power transmission and distribution, supporting efficient and sustainable energy systems worldwide.

As a Site IT/OT Service Delivery Specialist in Landskrona, you'll provide tailored IT solutions and services, working closely with business leaders and IT stakeholders. Your role includes managing IT infrastructure, applications, and ticket escalations, as well as supporting both office and shop floor IT/OT assets.

You'll be the key point of contact for IT service performance, ensuring business needs are met and overall satisfaction with IT services. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in integrating IT with the factory operations, enhancing connectivity and cybersecurity for all operational technologies.

How you’ll will impact

  • Act as a point of contact for IT supplier and CDC teams for IT related topics
  • Manage ticketing, triage, and escalation. 
  • Provide onsite infrastructure support and maintain governance/security.

  • Oversee OT asset IT/OT cybersecurity and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure machine connectivity with network core switches and support for various hardware (kiosks, printers, conf rooms etc.).
  • Manage specific applications and vendor coordination on software and network connectivity.

Your background

  • You have 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in a similar role.
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish.
  • You have experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, or value stream mapping.
  • Experience with manufacturing operations methods, processes, and change management is an advantage.
  • You have experience handling complex stakeholder scenarios and cross-functional problem solving. You also have a solid understanding of IT procedures, policies, and end-to-end business processes.
  • You have the flexibility to manage multiple shifts of IT resources in a factory environment.
