Join our dynamic Global Delivery Center (GDC), where we specialize in delivering premier Quote to After Sales Services for Grid Automation and communication products. Our dedicated team of three is passionate about providing world-class service to our customers. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join us on this exciting journey and elevate their customer management skills to new heights.

How you will make an impact

  • Follow established routines to review and approve quotations and responses to customers according to set requirements

  • Handle all types of After Sales services inquiries from start to finish with high quality and timely responses in line with Hitachi Energy’s business ethics rules. Inquiries include standard and non-standard quotations, warranty services, and reclamations

  • Collaborate with related departments to investigate ambiguities during the process, order booking, and ensure customer orders are delivered

  • Identify areas for improvement in daily activities

  • Guide customers professionally, regardless of the question

Your Background

  • Relevant degree and experience in sales, marketing, or production

  • Knowledge of after-sales quotation and order processes and an understanding of electric power plants

  • Experience with tools like SAP Reiwa, Powershop, Pricing Configurator, SFDC, or any relevant configure-quotation-pricing tools

  • Problem-solving ability and ownership of actions. Thinks independently and challenges traditional solutions

  • Able to work both independently and in a team. Individual contributor with in-depth knowledge in a specific area

  • Fluent in English. Swedish is an advantage
