Spare Parts Tendering and Project Manager

As Spare Parts Tendering and Project Manager, you will belong to our international team at the Global Center of Competence for Power Quality Service. You'll be part of a high-spirited team, collaborating with colleagues across the organization. How you'll make an impact

• Managing multiple ongoing spare parts tenders and orders where you will interact with customers and suppliers all over the world, both internally and externally.
• General tender work including full cost model, commercial terms and conditions and risk management.
• General order handling, such as order registration, purchasing and invoicing.
• Managing logistics of the orders, including export control.
• Be responsible for the operational and the financial reporting of the orders and spare part storage.
• Drive for continuous improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Deliver according to customer expectations within budget and expected quality.

Your background 

• Some years of experience from order handling or tendering work or similar
• Relevant studies or work experience
• You are service minded and communicative, organized, and able to prioritize.
• Experience from SAP and/or logistics is a plus
• Fluency in English, written and spoken is required. Other languages – Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese or other is added value.
• Right attitude and drive is valued high. Important is to have a drive to learn new tasks and be open to change and personal development.
