Senior Finance Business Partner

The opportunity

Providing Financial Controlling expertise to the organization by compiling, analyzing metrics, finding trends, tackling challenges, communicating information to relevant stakeholders, and recommending actions to improve financial performance.

How you’ll make an impact

• Monitoring of manufacturing and related costs, product costing and provides insights on variance analysis to support operational decision-making.
• Closely monitors Order booking and Order costing and maintain order report.
• Preparation of Product wise and Segment wise profitability along with variance analysis.
• Revenue recognition as per IFRS policy based on Inco Terms, Collection & operational Cash flow.
• Review of Balance sheet & Profit & loss account.
• Commercial knowledge i.e. LC, Forex Hedging, bank guarantee.
• MIS on CAPEX Monitoring and timely Capitalization of assets.
• Receivables monitoring and clearing, like advance adjustment against outstanding.
• Vendor Reconciliation, vendor advance monitoring.
• Working with external teams like Tax, Cost & Statutory Auditors and resolving their query.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• CMA with at least 3-5 years of experience or M.com / MBA in Finance with at least 10+ Years of relevant experience in factory finance activities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S4 Hana FICO Module in MTO/MTS/ETO Models
• Good Analytical Skills. Strong communication Skills and Presentation Skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office/Power Point /Computer skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
