To support all financial and commercial matters and actively drive performance in the business and across a portfolio of projects. Responsible for cash management and monitor as well as follow-up actual cost and income against budget and forecast. Internal control compliance, maintaining the order book for new and variation orders Project Controlling in close collaboration with our team of Project Managers. Preparing for and participating in monthly/quarterly project reviews Establishing necessary currency contracts and bank guarantees, preparing business reviews Providing accurate quality in cost forecasting and billing plans and ensuring prompt payment of invoices Completing regular monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting tasks on the general ledger for the income statement and balance sheets, month -end reports
Fluent in spoken and written English and if you do have another language - it's an advantage. A proactive planner, organized with a passion for finance and accounting Accurate with a high attention to detail and flexible to multi-task to achieve strict deadlines Ideally you will have either UK or International Accounting qualification, either fully or Part qualified in accountancy or educated to degree level in Finance 2+ years of relevant work experience Proficient in Excel with good working knowledge of SAP (ideally)
