Responsibilities:

What we offer you during and after studies: The studies Bachelor of Engineering will take place in a tree-moths rotation between theory- and practical phases enduring three years over all. The theoretical training will happen at the BA Saxony based in Bautzen. Your employment with Hitachi Energy will be in our subsidiary in Halle. Your practical phases will be held mostly here, on top we do offer on-site missions or missions abroad. Subsequent fields of employment for electrical engineers in the Transformers division at Hitachi Energy are usually in Engineering or service directly after graduation. Later, project management or sales and tender processing are also possible fields of activity. The study of electrical engineering is a good basis for your future development in the technical, project or management career. You start 01. August 2023 with a 2 months enrollment internship with our vocational trainings partner, the ABB Training Center, where you will build-up important Know-How for your successful studies and get to know fellow students and contact persons.The studies at the BA Saxony is commencing 1. Oktober 2022. Here you will gather mathematical, natural sciences, IT and Electrical expertise.

Your background:

What you bring: A general or subject-linked university entrance qualification or a university of applied sciences entrance qualification (with additional examination at BA) with good grades in mathematics, science and technical subjects as well as in English and German are the ideal prerequisites for successful studies. You enjoy technical topics, like to delve into tricky issues and enjoy working in international project teams. You take responsibility, are committed to your goals and work out solutions with a lot of initiative and independence.
