Mission Statement:
The role is to lead the Hitachi Energy Salesforce Product Development.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with Platform Lead to define the strategy of salesforce platform for the organization.
- Responsible to drive and deliver various programs on the platform in sales cloud, service cloud, CPQ.
- Define and manage the team of architects and project managers who are part of the projects.
- Work with architects from ERP, Analytics, Integrations to understand the impact and scope for the platform in an enterprise program.
- Review and feedback the project/program estimates from the suppliers.
- Monitor the progress of the projects with respective project managers and identify the risks/issues towards internal organization.
- Run the weekly status meeting with internal IT organization and provide constant updates.
- Review the deliverables from supplier teams in the context of business requirements and functional aspects to provide timely feedback.
- Be ready for hands on work on building POC with team of internal developers, architects for innovation/POC activities.

Your Background:
- Bachelor/Master in Computer Science preferred.
- 12- 15 years of experience.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
