You will be a part of Hitachi Energy Global IT Controlling Team and report functionally to Global IT Project Controller.
Your Responsibilities:
Preparation of financial analysis and reports (actuals vs budget, forecast vs actuals), incl. data reconciliation and gap analysis
Cost control with a focus on internal resource cost
Management of internal invoices, surety of invoice posting and on-time payment
Support with preparation of monthly management reporting
Communication with local units and functional representatives, close collaboration with procurement and accounts payable team
Be part of a team which builds up a new controlling platform, support with the design, roll out activities and implementation of process improvements
Your Background:
You are a university student (preferable 3 years of study, Finance or Economics)
You know English on at least C1 level
You have very good communication skills
You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
You are independent, detail-oriented, well-structured, and responsible, with strong analytical skills
Problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Previous experience in a similar position is a plus
Knowledge of SAP or similar class ERP systems is a plus
Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
