Mission Statement:

You will carry out HSE management activities to eliminate or reduce occupational health, production safety, environmental and fire risks within company premise and to ensure the normal operation of the company in accordance with national occupational health, safety, environmental and fire related laws and regulations and company HSE requirements.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will carry out HSE work in accordance with HSE laws and regulations, relevant standards and relevant company systems.

  • You will prepare or revise HSE documents according to the relevant national regulations and standards and the relevant process requirements of the company.

  • Risk assessment arrangement and technical support, including new projects and changes, annual review of JSA and Stop Take 5.

  • Incident investigations, assisting or independently conducting investigations into occupational health, safety, environmental, fire and security incidents that occur, producing investigation reports and following up on the completion of corrective measures.

  • Work permit issuance for special operations occurring in the assigned area, including, but not limited to, hot work, work at height and confined space entry.

  • Special inspection implementation, according to the unified deployment of the company or the actual needs of the assigned area, special inspection in the area, forming a list of problems (the list includes at least a problem description, the responsible, corrective measures and target timing), and tracking the closure status.

  • Safety walks, with attention to occupational health, safety, environment, fire and security, at least twice a day.

  • Contractor day-to-day safety supervision and management of civil/installation contractors and service contractors operating within the company.

  • Safety training, daily safety training management and delivery as an internal trainer.

  • Data preparation, preparation of meeting materials, reports, etc..

  • Studies on safety topics, such as electrical safety, occupational health and other directions.

Your background:

  • Full-time undergraduate degree or above, preferably with an engineering background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.

  • More than 5 years of HSE work experience.

  • Preferably in foreign/joint venture companies.

  • Passing the CET-4 in English, being able to express themselves fluently and meeting the communication requirements in terms of listening and speaking skills.

  • Proficiency in the application of office software such as excel.

  • Team player and approachable.

  • Be curious and inquisitive about HSE.
