General information: Our Grid Integration portfolio spans a wide range of transmission and substation applications, which facilitate reliable and efficient system integration of the future digital electric network with minimum environmental impact. We incorporate the integrated systems, solutions and services of our business's DC and AC fields, including HVDC, Substations, FACTS, Offshore Wind Connections, Semiconductors and Power Consulting, for utility and industrial grid applications, as well as e-transportation solutions. You will develop & execute customer support function of highest quality meeting customer expectation. Safety, Quality & Integrity are license to operate our business in Hitachi Energy. Every individual is responsible for his/ her own workplace safety and contributes towards Organizational HSE & Sustainability performance. Responsibilities: Customer Interface for HVDC Installed base. Warranty team management. Technical problem solving on the system along with Experts. Development of Team for Site management / Site maintenance. Project site execution for Service projects. Operations of Asset management contracts. Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Your background: A graduate/Post Graduate in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Around 5 years of experience in HVDC Systems with Engineering / commissioning / Maintenance in HVDC Station. Good knowledge on Power system. Experience on Microsoft office and tools.
