Material Planner

Your responsibilities:

• You will make raw material purchase demand plan according to customer demand forecast.
• You will update and implement material inventory management rules regularly according to material requirement plan.
• You are responsible for the procurement of raw materials, external contractors, external parts and materials, and work with the buyer to ensure supplier delivery on time.
• You will communicate with suppliers, coordinate and solve problems related to raw materials, external parts, external parts quality, delivery, etc.
• You will conduct regular inventory analysis to ensure that inventory indicators are in normal condition.
• You will assist warehouse to analyze inventory variance.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor's degree or above.
• Being familiar with material procurement process and with 2 years materials planning experience.
• Skilled at office software and Self-motivator and self-starter.
• Good inter-personal skills, result orientation with positive attitude.
• Willing to learn and quick to learn.
• Systematic approach to solve problems.
• Be good at written and spoken English.
