Your responsibilities

  • Support the sales team, leads the reviews and comments on commercial, technical tender terms and conditions and any necessary task during the tendering stage (e.g. risk reviews, qualification documents);
  • Ensure development of contract strategy based on our policies, customer requirements, and the overall execution strategy considering risk, pricing, scope, and schedule;
  • General advice and pro-active support project management, site management, supply department and other project team members in the execution of Customer Contracts, Consortium Agreements, Subcontracts/Supply contracts to secure contractual rights and entitlements;
  • Support drafting of Subcontracts and Supply Contracts and ensures that they contain appropriate terms to protect our company interest including flow-down of main contract terms.
  • Performing the overall identification of opportunities for incoming and outgoing claims , developing claim strategies, preparing notifications/correspondence and related documentation (amendments, change orders, etc.);
  • Performing the preparation and conduction of risks and opportunities analysis/presentations, preparation of strategy papers, definition of overall project claim strategies;
  • Conducting contract and claims negotiations and settlements together with the project management Preparation of project related amendments, change orders and other contract related documents.
     

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years experience of contract management within the fields of power generation, transformers, substations, converter stations, grid integration, transmission or similar industrial plant.
  • Experience in processing, managing and administrating varying sizes, types and complexity of contractual agreements during the bidding, execution and closing stages of projects lifecycle. Previous experience in the energy industry is experience is welcome.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in law (or equivalent with experience in contract law);
  • Fluency in English (Legal English ) and Polish;
  • Ability to read, write, speak and negotiate in both Polish and English. 
  • Ability to read, interpret and implement legal documents;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
