Your responsibilities

• Responsible for planning for whole project execution from start to finish, including necessary activities, procurements, resources and milestones;
• Manages planned activities including schedule difficulties accordingly;
• Has a basic understanding of what’s important to satisfy a customer to impact for a successful project;
• Understands and use Full Cost Calculation/Model and different revenue recognition methods;
• Controls project cost and cash flow;
• Understands company’s standard terms and conditions and the impact upon the contract of differing and/or additionally accepted terms and conditions;
• Understands risks identified during sales or execution in assigned contracts and mitigates;
• Issues purchasing requisitions for internal and sometimes external suppliers of products and services included in assigned projects;
• Preparation of the technological documentation according to the company standards;
• Monitoring, forecasting and optimizing production processes;
• Building, equipping and optimizing workplaces and processes using Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology;
• Development of projects for expansion and / or optimization of existing production capacities;
• Introducing new production technologies and products.

Your background

• Education - higher education in the field of engineering and technology or similar;
• Experience in production and technological processes - minimum 1 years;
• Knowledge of English language – written and spoken;
• Knowledge and experience in working with MS Office, working with CAD systems is an advantage.
• Experience in coordinating multiple teams in remote locations;
• Skills for organizing and controlling the workflow;
• Communicativeness and initiative;
• Basic finance knowledge and commercial aspects of business;
• Knowledge and experience in working with Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology;
• Project Management certificate will be an advantage.
