As R&D and Engineering Domain in Platform and Applications we are responsible to deliver all services around applications such as eCAD, mCAD, PLM and Simulation to the business users globally. The PMO supports the Domain Lead and Service Managers in the following areas: of: processes, tracking projects roadmap, change management, tracking financial part.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the demand management process for the RDE domain: Collect business requirements, align with internal delivery teams and support business demands E2E from request to delivery.
  • Define and prepare demand & project overviews, progress reports and service delivery measurement
  • Act as business relationship manager: Establish business connect sessions, collect requirements and prepare marketing material to sell our services
  • Create a business portal for marketing, communication and information sharing
  • Harmonize service delivery and project execution activities, vendor governance and business relationship among the delivery teams
  • Define department overarching processes and collaboration activities
  • Run change management activities for our internal teams to move them to the targeted setup and standardized processes
  • Support the delivery teams in the financial processes such as PO creation and tracking, monthly accruals, forecasting and quarterly / year end closings
  • Support various internal improvement projects such as increase of employeesatisfaction, reduction of stress at work, harmonization of role descriptions, grades and salaries

Your background

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or Information Technology or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or service delivery management role
  • Organizational Change Management
  • Financial savvy
  • Stakeholder Management
  • PM Tools (MS Projects or similar)
  • Proven expieriece in:PM Tools (MS Projects or similar), MS Tools (PowerBI, Sharepoint, Excel, PPT, etc.)
  • Proven experience is using: ITIL/L6S /PMP/ AgilePM
