Digital Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Global Digital Project Manager to support our internal end-to-end digital transformation within the Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS) business. Ideal candidates will have a background in digital or IT project management, with a plus for AI/Artificial Intelligence experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage and oversee international projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Planning and Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional international teams for seamless project execution.
• AI Coordination: Coordinate and support AI-related activities, ensuring the integration and implementation of AI solutions towards efficiency and innovation.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to business processes and standards.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication and global stakeholder management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluency in English.
• Solid project management experience, particularly in digital transformation or IT delivery projects.
• Basic understanding of end-to-end data flow and interoperability of information.
• Experience in digital transformation and change management is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Openness to connect with people and build strong working relationships.
• Interest/experience e.g. in Artificial Intelligence, BIM, PLM, Configurators is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of digital industry best practices and standards.
