Mission Statement:

Lead a functional work team within Accounts Receivable (AR) in CSS Finance focused on the complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting transactions. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.

  • Lead, motivate and develop the Accounts Receivable Team

  • People manager, including staffing & selection, integration, facilitating technical/functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback, counseling, and coaching as needed

  • Collaborate closely with the AR Global Process Owner project team, working together on AR Process Excellence, Quality, and Efficiency improvement 

  • Oversee a portion of the month-end close process for the Accounts Receivable area

  • Manage escalated issues and provide support to external and internal customers

  • Accelerate value & make an impact by doing day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations

Your Requirements

  • University degree in Finance or equivalent gained through working experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounting/Payable

  • Thorough understanding of internal controls and accounts payable process

  • Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with internal customers and external partners (composure, conflict management, customer focus, negotiating)

  • Ability to lead and inspire the team toward a higher level of performance

  • Advanced SAP skills

  • Bilingual skills (English & Spanish)
