Integration Platform Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Incoming demand creates, evaluates, and documents solution options considering business requirements, Code and Design standards and relevant parts of the Technical Stack
  • Defines the technical IS solution from integrations perspective and ensures alignment with other modules and surrounding IS applications through cooperation and collaboration across IS solution architects and IS delivery units.
  • Supports Program Migration, Business as Usual, integration development and application maintenance teams (AMS) with in-depth knowledge of the integration platform and supporting tooling capabilities, in order to tailor solutions design, build and deployment functionality accordingly, and to ensure the best match of the desired functionality to available capabilities, drives effective and efficient use of platform and tooling capabilities
  • Stays up to date with the best practices and latest developments in the areas of Cloud and application integrations, DevOps, CI/CD in general as well as within the existing IS applications and platforms ecosystems and is responsible for alignment with EA team to ensure that corresponding platform/service technical capabilities are kept up-to-date to address business demands, and are in line with EA and Integration Platforms roadmap.
  • Familiar with B2B transactions
  • Maintains solution and platform architecture standards, guidelines, policies and ensures proactive communication of those to relevant groups within IS community, including Integration Platforms team, and in concert with EA and service leadership ensures those are considered and followed
  • Drives and leads automation of platform and service-related activities from architecture perspective
  • Contributes to IS Problem to reduce tickets volume by detecting re-occurring defects and eliminating outages/issues proactively during project delivery and supports resolution of critical and/or complex operational incidents

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in application integration areas, designing and implementing enterprise-grade integration solutions for Cloud, On-Premise and Hybrid technology
  • Experiences working with MuleSoft , Migration/re-platforming experience will be an added advantage.
  • Nice to Have: Biztalk/SAPPI knowledge.
  • Strong skills and applied knowledge in the following areas: Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Release management; Integration design patterns and best practices; Integration performance optimization techniques; Platform optimization and monitoring.
  • Experience in Setup of MuleSoft specific environment including VMs, Azure Key vaults.
  • Experience in Interface Designing with multi system landscape.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
