SCM Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• You will prepare strategic planning based on comprehensive spend analysis and forecast raw material according to budget and monitor market trends.

• You will build the required business processes and systems to manage SCM commercial activities, including process development, maintaining of key documents, agreements and contracts.

• You will develop and implement sourcing activities together with Localization Engineer, through sourcing activities.

• You will monitor product cost and negotiate material price with supplier to reach saving target.

• You will track and improve supplier performance include OTD, service, communication etc according to HE policy. 

• You will lead material sample qualified process and drive the whole process.

• You will be leading or coordinate outsourcing activities and handling all internal outsourcing process.

• You will travel to visit key vendors on a regular basis, lead and push supplier claims process.

Your background:

• You hold master's degree in relevant field.

• More than 1 to 3 years of experience SCM.

• Handson or good knowledge in technical/engineering is preferably.

• Proficiency in English communication.
