Field Marketing Specialist – North America

Main Accountabilities:

  • Proactively manage the day-to-day tactics and execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms under the guidance of the Field Marketing Director
  • Manage events, trade shows and strategic marketing and sales integration alongside the North America Field Marketing Manager including:
  • Integrate and build events into larger digital campaigns, Social Media, and event follow-through using detailed promotional planning
  • Track and drive marketing leads through the sales process and report status/results regularly
  • Monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness and performance regularly
  • Collect, maintain, and communicate “regional intelligence”.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation and Communications
  • Organize and manage event marketing assets


Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (business, marketing, communications, etc.) or 1-3 years of professional work experience in marketing or a related field
  • Show proactive management of detailed projects with multiple teams
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Knowledge and of accout-based marketing practices
  • Knowledge of utilities/ energy/mining/transport industries
  • Marketing campaign development experience (1+ years)
  • Event management experience
  • Salesforce or CRM equivalent advanced knowledge
  • Inbound and outbound marketing tactics
  • Lead gen and content marketing knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Effective interpersonal skills rapport-building at multiple levels of decision makers
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and deliver in a complex, fast-paced business environment
  • Well-developed organising and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects at any one time
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively learn and accurately apply knowledge in a timely fashion
  • Ability to travel – 20%
