General Information:
Execute Substation Service maintenance, Substation Service Project (Life cycle service orders and Life cycle service projects), Warranty, troubleshooting work with medium to high complex service work according to work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other Hitachi Energy teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for Hitachi Energy.
Your Responsibilities:
Service delivery: Independently Perform high complex Service tasks in any Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end of life services, replacements, etc.).
Customer approach: Create and maintains excellent relationship with customers and meet their needs. Creates new sales opportunities and advising the client of our extended service portfolio.
Materials and supply: Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts, tools and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities. Prepares standard lists for ease of work.
Documentation and reports: Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative, report work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed. Create standards or job durations.
Troubleshooting: Proactively identify potential equipment failures and proactive corrective actions. Troubleshoots complex equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
Operational excellence: Proactively identifies suggestions for product, quality and customer service improvement and discusses them with management for change. Health, safety and integrity: Actively ensure that HSE practices are of high standard, work to eliminate unsafe practices and incidents. Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements actions to ensure people and equipment safety.
Process and Tools: Consistently apply functional processes considering links toother teams. People leadership and development: Develop, coach and provide technical guidance to colleagues.

Your Background:
Electrical Engineering bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 Years of relevant experiences in Substation Commissioning, Substation Service and Preventive Maintenance activities.
Candidates with good knowledge of high voltage and medium voltage switchgear, Substation protective relays.
Ability to demonstrate expertise in Service Operations required.
Highly focused to meet customer service and quality standards.
Strong communication skills in English and Thai.
Able to work in Bangkok and Oversea (Laos, Cambodia) area.
