General information:
Lead a team within a production unit or line in the execution of production processes to transform parts and raw materials into Hitachi Energy products in a timely, cost-effective manner. Ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies.
Responsibilities:
Hands on Experience in Robotic System Operation & Conveyer System Operation. Knowledge on PLC, Painting Booth, Grit Blasting. Experience in Planning the work schedule & Managing the Shift & getting desired output by the team. Assign duties to Employees, Trainees and oversee their progress. Ensure that daily production goals are met. Train and integrate new workers. Full understanding of industry safety standards Follow health and safety policies and procedures of organization Experience in SAP PP module will be added advantage Team player with good communication skill in Kannada /English / Hindi.

Diploma /BE, Mechatronics / E&E /Mech background Experience in relevant function for 5+ years in relevant Industry
