Your responsibilities:

  • You will take in charge of product specific service and execution support, engineering, measurement technics, secondary technics, also the maintenance of technical material master data.

  • You will make workflow, work rules, work procedure and necessary documents.

  • During the project execution, you will define and successfully manage all project milestones and ensure the on-time engineering work of our products, define the necessary technical specifications and prepare the necessary documentation, e.g. manufacturing drawings, customer approval drawings, working drawings.

  • You will lead the technical development (R&D) and support of new service products, e.g. monitoring, drive retrofits, retrofill .

  • You will analyze installed products against the quotation request specifications, perform the necessary engineering, and propose solutions to Bid and Proposal team.

  • You will participate to the positive resolution of troubleshooting cases by quick and competent technical support.

  • You will be managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager, coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.

Your background:

  • You hold master's degree in engineering (mechanical or engineering).

  • 5 years of experience in high voltage technics.

  • Overall deep understanding of high voltage technics.

  • Experience in leading teams and project.

  • Ability to motivate young and experienced employees.

  • English on communication level.
