Your responsibilities:

  • You will make mechanical design of Hydraulic Spring Operating Mechanism of High Voltage Switchgear.
  • You will be maintaining global product technical support for global technology centers and factories for Hydraulic Spring Operating Mechanism.
  • You will create 3D models and 2D drawings.
  • You will perform or check mechanical and dielectric simulation/calculation.
  • You will conduct design review including DFMA/FMEA.
  • You will prepare cost-optimal high-quality design in direct collaboration with SCM and suppliers.
  • You will maintain design, plan and execute development test and type test for Hydraulic Spring Drive.
  • You will prepare the documentation for design output (specs, instructions, manual, etc.

Your background:

  • Master or above degree in mechanical engineering/mechanical design with experience in hydraulic design.
  • Good knowledge of machinery and production processes including machining, casting, welding, and so on.
  • Rich experience in mechanical design and good skills with CAD tools like Creo, UG, and Solid works. 
  • PLM/SAP knowledge and experience is preferred. 
  • Dymola simulation knowledge and High-voltage switchgear related experience are preferred.
  • Excellent learning ability is required.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, structured, and systematic thinking.
  • Strong result-driven, high quality, and high-speed player.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
