Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for sales activities for service operations, mainly maintenance of Hitachi GIS, GCB, and transformers delivered to domestic customer sites.

  • You will understand customer needs and provide solutions with a deep understanding of the market you are responsible for, such as maintenance proposals that take into account the delivery period, etc.

  • You will work to realize the order plan and through these activities, we will expect you to not only effectively establish and maintain relationships with customers, but also to create further order opportunities.

  • You will be responsible for important tasks that require cooperation with a wide range of parties, from coordinating with the technical department until the order is received, creating quotations and negotiating commercial terms to concluding contracts, to smoothly handing over to the operations department (the execution team after receiving the order).

  • You will also use the company's tools to formulate order plans, review status, and make forecasts.

  • In addition, we will expect you to contribute to your department by using the above tools more accurately and by considering improvements to operation methods.

Your background:

  • You hold bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or business.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Dedication, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

  • Excellent communication skills and positive mental attitude.

  • Business level English proficiency preferred.
