Responsibilities:
  • Identifies new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team. Qualifies new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists;
  • Negotiates agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions;
  • Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs. Recommends frame agreements to management, and executes upon approval;
  • Analyzes and evaluates bids in order to determine the optimal value;
  • Supports bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information;
  • Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues;
  • Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price. Conducts all SCM activities for goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensures the global supplier relationship management platform is updated and the suppliers in the scope of responsibilities are qualified accordingly.

Your background:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or similar field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain;
  • Experience with an ERP system will be an advantage;
  • Experience in Project Management would be a plus;
  • Good level in English; Strong negotiation skills;
  • Good time management and task prioritization;
  • A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies;
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
