Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Leading and Planning of all Corrective, Preventive and Proactive Maintenance Activities for the factory assets.
  • Contributes to Engineering Projects in assigned area to ensure that maintainability, cost effectiveness, quality and safety requirements are delivered.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the entire maintenance area and be recognized as an expert in multiple technologies.
  • This position also actively supports and contributes to the success of the site reliability improvement program and the continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for maintenance team Development & Engagement through periodic meeting and follow through.
  • Monitor Machine History & Scorecards and update Maintenance Strategy & Master Plan accordingly.
  • Support Technical Trainer in coordinating and conducting training to technical team, and prepare the required documentation (SOP’s, OPL’s and work instructions).
  • Analyze production lines performance to develop strategies to overcome the current challenges and plan the feature plans towards zero downtime.
  • Ensure safe and effective work of subordinates.
  • Build effective relationship with safety, Quality, operations, maintenance, and engineering to ensure team work on all initiatives.
  • Leading and supporting initiatives and implementation like Progressive maintenance Autonomous maintenance and other pillar elements
  • Direct responsibility to maintain and improvement for all maintenance KPI’s.
  • Responsible to lead root cause analysis for all the breakdown and to share the outcome with stake holders.
  • Periodical performance meeting and reporting of KPI Responsible for pro-active plans and funds for refurbishment or replacement of old equipment.
  • Ensure proper handover of documents, critical spares and knowledge sharing for all the projects.
  • Optimization of Contractors for any supporting activities of maintenance.
  • Responsible Spares and Materials purchasing management like planning and maintaining all the critical spares, early escalations, periodic reporting of spare parts consumption and consolidation.
  • Owning Maintenance Budget like planning & projecting yearly budget requirement to business, periodic budget allocation, escalation, periodic reporting and sharing the mitigation on budget control.
  • Developing multi-skilled associates by capability building of teams through yearly training roadmap
  • Ensures effective workload to maintenance team also monitoring and analyzing the wrench time of team.
  • Ensuring 100% internal, external audit compliance and maintaining the documents for anytime ready reference.
  • Responsible for planning and executing seamless Planned Maintenance without impacting plant operation through proper alignment with planner and production team, also adhere 100% compliance.
  • Leading the action closure of RCA, Audits, near miss, CAPA…etc. and share on time update to all the relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible to participate and addressing the queries of daily and weekly meetings.
  • Leading initiatives and supporting implantation of digitization of Factory.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering electrical with 5-6 years’ experience / Diploma in Electrical with 8-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Working knowledge on SAP (PM & SD).
  • Should be able to handle the subordinates efficiently with care.
  • Should have high attitude for quality
  • Experienced professional in Continuous Improvement.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • ISO 9001,14001, 45001 & 50001 Knowledge.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
