Talent is a strategic pillar and a key area to succeed with our business and strategy. We are now looking for Talent Acquisition Partners to join our Northern Europe Talent & Learning team! In this role, you will work together with other motivated and experienced HR and business professionals in a rapidly growing business. In your role you will support managers with recruitments for roles across our business. You will get a lot of responsibilities but also a lot of freedom to structure your days. Your responsibilities

• Support hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Hitachi Energy
• Collaborate with the larger recruitment team on internal and external recruitment matters
• Support in recruitment campaigns from strategy and planning to activation
• Identify short-term and long-term gaps in the talent demand and advise on solutions to talent challenges
• Communicate with candidates in all steps of the recruitment process
• Promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice in relevant forums (job fairs, student & professional events, social media)
• Support in developing Hitachi Energy’s recruitment strategy to identify and attract top talent
• Analyze and interpret recruitment data

Your background

• You hold a Bachelor of Human Resources or a degree from another relevant field
• Experience in recruitment, preferably from a similar industry
• As a person you are flexible, humble, determined and can work independently as well as collaborate well with others
• You enjoy working with both operational and strategic tasks
• You are a customer-and service orientated person with strong communication skills
• Fluency in English & Swedish is a must, both written and spoken
• In this role it is important to be structured and be able to work effectively with several processes at once
